Antique Brake Pads TOC Vintage Rare Obscure Steel Leather.

I acquired these brake pads in a collection of old bicycle parts and tools from a local historical society sale.

I have no idea what these were used on. May or may not be bicycle or early motorbike parts.

Materials appear to be steel (rusty steel) and very hard shaped leather or hard rubber.
