The Effects Bakery Croissant Distortion is a distortion pedal that creates powerful rock sounds.

Effects Bakery's unique cost reduction has resulted in a low-cost distortion pedal that is full-fledged and amp-like.

Despite its mini size, the pedal is easy to operate with large, easy-to-read knobs.

Simply speaking of distortion, you may imagine sharp and pointed distortion. Such distortion pedals are not suitable for use with clean amps.

The Croissant Distortion's tone is a thick, sticky overdrive-like sound with an edge.

This is not a "distortion" effect pedal, but rather a "distortion sound" when the gain of the amp is turned up. It really comes into its own when combined with a clean amp.

Even with a single coil, a powerful depth and weight can be created, and the tone can be widely adjusted with the TONE control.

The GAIN control gives the tone a stronger edge up to around 12 o'clock, and the low end becomes more powerful beyond 12 o'clock. This pedal is designed to match the characteristics of the amp to which it is connected and to create a rock guitar-like sound.

It has sufficient response to the guitar's volume operation, allowing you to create a wide range of expression using only your hand.

This distortion pedal is easy to use as a first distortion pedal and can also be enjoyed by experienced players.

The Croissant Distortion is powered by a standard center-minus DC 9V adapter. Batteries are not available.
