1. To receive combined shipping offers all items must be paid for at the same time on the same invoice.



2. Any stamps bought with any First Day Covers will ship with the FDCs for no additional fee.



3. If you have bought any other items in addition to stamps or FDCs (i.e. coins, cards, public transit items etc) eBay will over-charge you on shipping. Do not pay eBay's total. Instead please use the "Add To Cart" button, or use the other buttons and ignore eBay's automated prompts to pay.



4. Please send me a message when you are finished shopping (or use the "Request Total button in the eBay cart) and I will issue an invoice which will charge you a discounted shipping fee for combined shipping. Your shipping fee will be discounted more than if you paid for each of those items separately.



5. Usually I can prepare and send an invoice within 2 hours after receiving a request. However, I cannot send invoices from the eBay app on my phone, so if I am out and away from my computer, it will take longer.


6. My invoice will be sent to the email address associated with your eBay account. You will know it is from me because it will include a short note that begins with "Hi <your first name>" and ends with "~Martin" (my first name)
