This is a handmade maple wooden clock.  The maple wood is from a Rock Island Railroad Boxcar that was decommissioned in the year 1983.  The wood is thick and heavy.  The clock numbers are plastic and brass in color; the numbers are 1 inch Length by .5 inch Wide;  the hands are a thin brass metal and the minute and hour hands are brass in color.  The minute hand is 3 inches Length and 3 cm Wide.  The hour hand is 1.2 inches Length and 3 cm Wide.  The shape of the clock is octagon. Octagon has eight sides.  No second hand.  There is some gratitude written in black ink on the rear of the clock.  Also the material used to make the clock (see pics 7,8 and 9).   A second wooden item is bundled to this purchase.  The wooden clock comes with a home made wooden box to place the clock into when not hung.  This item measures: 11.2 inches square; 2.8 inches heighth; 2.6 inches deep. 1 pound 13 ounces weight.  This item is pre owned and in great condition.  There is one small area that appears like a natural seperation in the wooden maple planks.  This area is located top right of the Rock Island logo.  It measures 1.2 inches long by 1 cm wide (see picture 3).  The combined weight of clock and wooden box is 6 pounds 1 ounce. The weight of the items is before the packing material is applied.  Packing material is added to protect the items in the best manner possible during shipping.  All offers are considered.
