The painting is in fair condition with the exception of velvet 'hair' loss around the very bottom edge.
The velvet is NOT torn and there are no holes. It just is missing the 'fuzzy' part and only at the very bottom edge.
This is most likely due to it having been previously framed and the frame must have worn off the 'fuzz' in this area.
However, if you frame it this area will be completely concealed by the frame (and yes we do offer frames)
