Blonde hair,  light blue dress with dark blue polka dots, brown shoes.  Gold accents throughout. 
 
Height - 2-7/8". Base 2-1/4" x 1-1/2.

Has been cleaned but some areas and the interior still have dirt/dust.  Some color loss. Bottom shows shelf wear.
