CONDITION:  The cup has extremely light rubbing on the pink ground and the tiniest pink prick of a nick on the rim you need magnification to see.  It is virtually excellent. 

This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in England in the mid 19th century by an unknown manufacturer.  It has hand painted numbers on the bottom.  It is of high quality and similar to work done by Minton or Cauldon. The saucer is 5 1/4 inches in diameter.  The cup is 2 3/4 inches tall with a diameter of 2 7/8 inches.  It has colorful, hand painted flowers and rich gilding. #C601
