CLAWHAMMER BANJO BRIDGE

TWO DESIGNS. ONE FOR STEEL STRINGS. ONE FOR NYLON STRINGS

These handmade custom bridges are made for the dedicated frailing/clawhammer style players. Handmade with a raised fifth string for ease of playing. The raised 5th string helps to prevent the thumb making that unwanted sound when it scrapes the head. A preferred alternative by many to scooping out the fingerboard.

The bridges are available in a choice of two heights 1/2" or 5/8"

The 5th string ridge is 1/16" high

An ebony top on mature maple gives a superb tone.

CLAWHAMMER BRIDGE FOR NYLON STRINGS

Made from very mature maple, without the ebony top, producing a superb tone.
