The straps are laced through 5 sets of cotton lycra loops and can be loosened or tightened for the perfect fit.The frilled skirt at the base of the dress has 8 pieces of medium weight cotton lycra with 4 of them hemmed with lace.This dress can be pulled up with cinchers at the side to create a more bouncy feel to it or can be worn down for a more flatter look.
