Then we will send you a proof of design a within few hours.

Cancellations are accepted until your final design is sent to you.
However, If products are chipped or broken when received, we will replace or refund the item within 15 days of sale.

USA: 2-5 business days.
Canada/Australia/NewZeland : 5-30 business days.
