WW2 British Mark II Paratrooper Helmet

Description

These quality reproduction WW2 British Mark II Paratrooper Helmets are made with that familiar steel and adjustable webbing chin strap, as per the late war models. The difference between this MKII helmet and the MKI is the webbing - this one has an adjustable canvas webbing, whereas the MKI is made of leather.

While the MKII was more widely used after September 1944, it was first introduced in 1943.

These helmets were designed to be worn when jumping out of a plane, and so had a tight fit to make sure they don't come off. The chin strap can be adjusted for a comfortable or tigher fit depending on what you would prefer.
