Delivery
Your order will generally be dispatched on the same day as purchase after cleared payment (orders before 2pm) although please allow 1-2 days dispatch for our busier periods.
Orders are dispatched Money to Friday excluding UK bank holidays. Saturday orders before 11am will generally be dispatched on the same day or on the following Monday during busier periods.
Unless stated all items are dispatched with no delivery charge. This is a general rule for most smaller items and you will find that only bulkier, heavier items may incur a delivery charge.
Returns
We offer a 14 day cooling off period on all purchases. Unwanted, non faulty items* as described should be returned within 14 days of receipt with prior approval.
*All packaging and contents must be exactly as received (unopened)
Any items not suitable for re-Sale as new will be subject to a 20% reduction in the value of the refund given
When your item is returned we advise you to obtain a proof of postage and please remember to contact us before returning unwanted items.
Faulty goods: If the item appears faulty within 28 days of receipt you will need to return it to us so that we can a replacement. After this period you will be advised to contact the manufacturer fr advise on returns.
On receipt of faulty goods in their original packaging we are happy to offer a full refund of the purchase price (postage not included) if a replacement is not required. This excludes any items subject to misuse by the buyer.
