Payment
· We
accept all payments via eBay Payment Service only, unless stated otherwise on item’s
listing. You will have the option to pay by PayPal or Debit or
Credit Card.
· Please
make sure your shipping address is correct, complete and up to date
with eBay before you pay for the item. We only ship to
address we receive with eBay order. We will not ship to any other
address under any circumstances.
· Once you place an order, you are binding into a legal contract. So
do not buy or bid unless you intend to complete the purchase.
· eBay
will pursue all unpaid items and all charges and fees. This may
reflect on your eBay activity.
Shipping
· All orders received by
noon will be despatched and shipped within one working day excluding weekend and
bank holidays. Orders received over the weekend and bank holidays will be
shipped the following working day.
· Orders shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class
service are delivered within 3-7 working days. In rare cases and
in busy periods Royal
Mail can take up to two weeks to deliver the item.
· Orders
shipped via Next Day Courier service will be delivered the Next
Working Day
during 0800 to 2100 hours. Economy Couriers will deliver within
2-3 working
days. Most couriers notify approximate time of delivery by email or
text. Please make sure you have given correct email and mobile
number.
· Please
contact us if you have not received your order within 14 days of
marked as despatched so we can inquire with our postal or courier
company. Claims for item not received will not be honoured after 28
days of marked as despatched.
· Almost
all postal and courier companies take name of receiver or take
picture on delivery or scan location of delivery. This includes
delivery to a neighbour or leaving the item at safe place.
· We
may change shipping service specified in our listings to other
shipping service according to your order's value, weight, volume and
location of your delivery address.
Money
Back Guarantee
· We offer Return to Base
(RTB) 30 days money back guarantee or replacement of new same item,
at customer's choice, for all items from the date of purchase,
unless otherwise stated, including manufacturing defects, on receipt
of item from customer. Unwanted items or items purchased in error
must be returned unused and in original packaging and in saleable
condition.
· Refunds are
processed within 48 hours of receipt of item.
Returns
· If there is a
fault due to manufacturer’s defect or item you purchased is not
working according to specification within 30 days of your purchase, we will replace
the item for you or give you full refund on receipt of item. Buyer
will pay for postage to return the item to us and we will pay for
postage to send replacement to buyer.
· If within 90 days warranty
period your item has any problems, you will need to return the item
to us; we will inspect and test the item. Buyer will pay for postage
to return the item to us and we will pay for postage to send
replacement to buyer. If it is due to a manufacturers defect, it
will be replaced/repaired and returned back to you within 5-7 days.
No refund will be given after 30 days of
purchase.
· Please contact us via eBay
messaging if you need to return the item to us.
· We will issue an RMA number to
return the item. Please do not send any item without obtaining an
RMA number from us. Otherwise we shall not be identify the goods sent by you.
Limitations upon our liability to you
· Our maximum liability in any
circumstances, such as person injury or death, person or business
loss, loss of electronic information, physical damage to any
property etc. etc. will not be more than the original price paid for the
item. We will not accept any other liability or claim arising from
use of any item you purchased from us. We recommend that as a matter
of safety you maintain appropriate insurance and that you maintain a
back up system and that you back up your electronic information.
