This listing is for a gold replica stamp in cover issued by the Postal Commemorative Society under a licensing agreement with the United States Postal Service.  The cover sports a 29¢ stamp and has a May 31, 1991 Cuddebackville, New York (a popular trout fishing site) cancel.  The stamp is a gold replica of a stamp put out in 1991 as part of the Fishing Flies series and shows the Muddlers Minnow Fly.

It is in excellent condition with no tears, creases or stains.
