Warranty Cover Details:

The warranty covers only the quartz mechanism of the watch, the moving dial system. Hands, timing and other related components are covered. The internals are well designed Japanese components that have almost zero failure rate, so buy with confidence. Only normal usage is covered and if exposed to extreme conditions or wearing then the warranty is void. If the details of the watch state waterproof, unless otherwise states, this does not cover the watch being used during swimming.

Not Covered:

- Faults in materials and/or workmanship of the battery, buckle, clasp, case, glass, strap or bracelet - these are covered as general wear and tear as with any other watch.
- The loss of stones or crystals on a watch are not covered if the watch is worn.
- Metal or plastic plating discoloration is not covered after the watch is worn - only covered if unworn and unused.
- Any damage caused from strap adjustments especially with ceramic watches. (It's advised to use only a professional watch specialist for adjustments - any damage caused as a result of adjusting the strap is the customers sole responsibility.)
- Ceramic Watches in particular have fragile properties, left alone will last a long time, but once adjusted, if not done properly can result in damage.
- Any damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear.
- Water damage unless marked water-resistant, or exceeding the usage on water resistant watches. Please make sure you fully understand the water resistance before you order.
- Water resistance does not cover exposure to chemicals like liquid detergents (washing up or showering for example) or chlorine (swimming for example).
