Splitting wood with The Chopper1 is faster and easier than with any conventional axe. The key lies in the rotating levers on each side of the axe's head. When the blade enters the wood, the levers swing out, directing the downward chopping force outward and exploding the log apart from the inside.

By chopping and splitting at the same time, the Chopper1 makes wedges and mallets unnecessary. And the Chopper1's design makes it practically impossible for the axe to become wedged in the wood.

3. You will only use the Chopper One to split wood in a safe area, understanding that the Chopper One can propel wood fragments ten feet or more.

4. You will not strike the Chopper One with another tool.

5. You will always practice safe wood splitting with the Chopper One.

6. You also agree to be fully responsible if the Chopper One that you purchase is provided to another person, and take responsibility for their safe use of the Chopper One as well.

7. You will assume the responsibility for your own, or anyone else’s, use of the product which you are purchasing, and that you am assume all risks related to any use or misuse of the product.

8. You understand that in no case will the seller be liable for any actual, incidental or consequential damages for any claim or suit based upon negligence or product liability theories of liability.

9. I also agree to indemnify and save harmless the seller of and from all claims or suits arising out of or relating to any abuse or misuse of the product which you are purchasing.

You hereby remise and release the seller of and from any and all past, present, and future claims or suits I have or may have (in the future or otherwise) relating to the use or misuse of the Chopper One I am purchasing, including any claims or suits based on alleged negligence or product liability.
