ORDERS

Payment is due within 3 days after you win an auction or commit to buy an item, or an unpaid item case will be opened within the eBay Resolution Center.

SHIPPING

To reduce waste, we proudly use only recycled materials to pack and ship your order.

Standard handling time on orders is 3 days. Some listings (heavy, freight, and high-end products) may have a longer handling time.

If you are purchasing multiple items from us, please add them to your cart, commit to buy, and allow us to invoice you the actual shipping cost.

International shipping is available on select listings through the eBay Global Shipping Program (GSP).

Note: The pandemic has created significant delays across all major couriers for international shipments. Please allow for up to 60 days to receive your item using the GSP or USPS First-Class International Service. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can prepare a quote.

We only ship using services with tracking and delivery confirmation. Please understand we have limited control over your package once it is handed over to the courier. Tracking information may be delayed. We will file a claim for a package that is lost or damaged during shipment. We are NOT responsible for any package that is lost/stolen once the tracking information has indicated the package as DELIVERED.

Customs and import duties may be applied when your package reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your package and vary from country to country. We will not, under any circumstance, falsify the declared value of your item. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your item(s). We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted on select listings. Due to the nature of vintage electronics and components, some of our listings do not offer returns.

A return will only be accepted if the item is in original condition with all associated packaging, documentation, accessories, etc.

Returns are not accepted on repair or restoration services.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us BEFORE opening a return or leaving neutral/negative feedback. This gives us the most optionality for resolving any issue with your order.
