The Kizer Towser S is a new design from Azo&Gecko CustomzKnifeworks. It utilizes richlite handle and 154CM steel blade. The uniquehexagon patterns on the handle give the knife a futuristic look while moretraction has been added to it. 154CM steel is a very hard steel with great wearresistance and it is easy to sharpen. It has a classic cleaver-style blade, and a remarkably comfortablehandle. Many people like cleavers, as the blade shape is great for mosteveryday knife tasks.

 

154CM Steel

154CMis one of “better” steel varieties made for cutlery and other knife blades.It’s not a powder steel (CPM154 would be the powder version), but it’s acommonly used steel for a higher grade knife. A popular use for 154CM is insurvival knives that are often exposed to harsh elements like salt water forextended periods. It has an exceptionally good balance between three enviableattributes which are toughness, hardness, and corrosion resistance.154CM is avery high carbon stainless steel with the addition of Molybdenum. It mostcertainly gives you a better edge retention than normal cutlery or stainlesssteels.

 

RichliteHandle

Richliteis made of rainforest certified paper or recycled paper, which is made of pulpand resin and is made of high pressure. It is a sustainable material. Richliteitself has very high strength and hardness and can make a lot of changes incolor and surface texture. It also has very high stability and is not easy todeform in different environments.
