WE SHIP TO ALL LOCATIONS IN AUSTRALIA: Free shopping to most locations. Some locations may incur extra postage cost. Shipping charges will be applied on checkout. For items marked as 'Freight', please contact us before purchasing to confirm postage costs.
If item is listed as 'Freight', please contact us with your location to confirm postage cost.
Bulky goods such as bullbars, side steps brush bars, rear bars, etc. will only be sent to shipping depot nearest to customer, or business address with available forklift. Home delivery is not available for these palleted items.
Shipping within Australia only - we do not deliver items internationally.
Due to the size of the items, we cannot post to PO Boxes.
Items will be shipped on SAME DAY if payment is cleared by 12PM.
Free local pickup from our store in Dandenong. Please contact for details after purchase.
We deliver to most locations in Australia, however some rural postcodes wil incur extra shipping costs.
All items are well-packed and shipped via reliable couriers.
Delivery times vary by postcode, please allow 2-7 days for delivery.
Tracking will be provided for all parcels.

Installation:

Installation instructions not included unless otherwise stated in the description or shown in the pictures. For all items, we recommend professional installation.

Tax Invoice:

An Australian Tax Invoice can be provided upon request. Please contact us if you would like a tax invoice for your purchase.

Warranty:

All items are covered under 12 months manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise specified.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects. We will offer replacement(s) or replacement part(s) for any faulty products. Warranty does not cover labour, fitting or damage cost.
For items damaged during installation, warranty is void.

Returns:

We offer returns within 30 days of receiving the product. Item must be in resalable condition and include original packaging.
For change of mind returns, buyer will be responsible for postage to our warehouse in Dandenong.
For defective/incorrect items, the item must be returned to us, and the customer will be reimbursed for item + shipping costs. If you have received a faulty/incorrect item, you must contact us ASAP.
We recommend professional installation for all our products. We cannot accept returns for products damaged during installation.
If an item is damaged in transit, please let us know immediately upon receiving it, and provide us a picture of the damage. Please DO NOT install the item, we cannot accept returns if you install it.
