This Royal Doulton figurine was, of course, made in England.  
"Samantha" is a beautiful woman adorned in an all white gown and an understated chapeau with a flowing ribbon. Also all white. The figurine is marked H. N. 2954. It is also stamped with the Royal Daulton trademark. This item is in excellent to near mint condition with no chips, cracks or crazing.
