• Some calendar pages have chips or tears around the edges. I'd say that February is the page with the most issues. Other pages really few or no issues at all--aside from age-related wear.

• Will ship rolled, in a poster tube.
• The calendar should unroll to be relatively flat. It was first flattened out under weight (lots of large books) for a few days. It was then rolled back up in the opposite direction from which it had been stored for many years.
