2.figure is in used/played with condition, has a fair amount of paint wear, thumb has been repaired, has a mark or some residue on the back of the head

3.no rusty screws, no elbow cracks

4.knees are a little loose, the other joints are fairly tight, o-ring is tight

Overall, rare vintage figure!
