         We provide a 60 days RTB (Return to Base) warranty with all our refurbished items. This covers repair of the machine, labour and replacement where necessary.

         The warranty does not cover battery, any software problem including damage by viruses or malware or the operating system failing. Software disc is not included unless stated in the listing.

         We do not take any responsibility for any damage which you have caused to the computer. 

         The computers are in used condition so they may have some scratches or scuffs which are cosmetic and will not affect the working of the machine.

TERMS OF SALE

         All our items are delivered fully packaged.

         Returns accepted within 30 days following the date of receipt.

         Buyers are responsible for all return postage costs.
