This is Vintage Rare Blue Wartburg 353 Friction Plastic Car Toy.

Made in Bulgaria. 

Friction mechanism works. 

Possible slight beraly visible scratches. 

The front tires are slightly deformed, but this is fabric , nothing serious. 

The car is in very good condition.
