Lock Stock and Barrel Furniture Limited are a family run business and have been established for over 10 years. Although mainly internet based we do have a showroom.
We are direct furniture importers of solid mahogany
and walnut furniture supplying high quality furniture direct to our
customers. We also supply to wholesale
and trade including hotels, b&b’s, pubs, stately homes and to well known
mail order and internet based companies.

IV24-IV28, IV56, KW1-KW14, PA21 & PA22, PA24-PA28, PA30-PA33, PA35-PA38,
PA41, PA80, PH35-PH41, ZE2 & ZE3 Ireland We can arrange delivery to Ireland please contact us for a quote. Islands We do not deliver to the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man or the Channel
Islands. You are welcome to arrange collection from ourselves by courier or in
person. Please feel free to contact us to discuss these options. Please note
that once an order is collected or we have delivered it to your shipping agent
we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage. We use a furniture specialist courier. We never use express service or pallet handlers as they almost always break our furniture. This does mean it takes a little bit longer but you will receive your item in one piece! Please bear this in mind when ordering and also when leaving feedback and detailed seller ratings. IMPORTANT - When ordering please make sure your Ebay information is up to date in particular your delivery address and telephone numbers which we will need to pass to our Courier to arrange your delivery. Our Courier will get in touch with you a couple of days in advance of delivery to let you know when they are in your area so it is very important that they have a telephone number otherwise your delivery will be delayed. (Please disregard Ebay’s automated delivery estimates). Delivery is usually made within 10-15 working days of cleared funds being received. Sometimes, depending on where you are located, delivery can take up to 28 working days. The longer delivery time usually applies to the North of England, Scotland or Ireland. Deliveries are carried out Monday to Friday. The couriers are unable to guarantee requests for specific dates or times. The 2 man delivery service provided includes safe delivery of the furniture into your home. Any restricted access, steps etc should be notified prior to delivery. Standard delivery does not include assembly. Please note the delivery is occasionally made by one driver and he may need assistance for delivery of larger items. IMPORTANT - A lot of our furniture arrives assembled (unless otherwise specified in the description) so please check that there will be adequate access before ordering.
You are
also welcome to collect your item from our showroom. We are open Monday
to Thursday from 9am until 5pm and Friday 9am until 1pm.

We offer to replace or refund furniture which has a genuine manufacturers fault notified to us with proof of fault within 12 months from date of delivery or collection.
|

RETURNS
|
|
|
Items should be checked on delivery while the driver is present and signed for as received in good order. If you are unhappy with the item it can be returned with the driver at that time for a full refund less the original delivery fee of £70. If the item is not returned at the time of delivery an administration and collection fee of £120 will be charged and this will be deducted from the final refund made for the item once collected and returned in its original condition. Goods need to be returned undamaged and in their original packaging.
