This is a 5V+12V dual output PoE HAT and PoE injector kit for Raspberry Pi 4B 3B+, maximum output power of 26Watt. According to the adaptive current output of devices requirements,it can be :(Typical:12V 0.9A+DC5V 3A), (12V1.1A 5V2.5A), (12v1.3a 5V2A) or (12V2.2A 5V0A)... Depends on your devices requirement.

This POE HAT kit can power Raspberry Pi 4B 3B+ as well as another 12V device, such as a 12V LCD screen or a 3.5in USB hard drive, as long as the power of this 12V device is not high enough to affect Raspberry Pi. 

In addition, the official website FAQs mentions that the Typical bare-board active current consumption of Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+ is 0.5a (2.5watt). However, it is recommended to reserve at least 1A(5watt) for Raspberry Pi when there is no external devices (usb,camera,spi, etc.). Since the system consumes a lot of power when booting, Max. 0.75A(3.75watt) when referring to boot in FAQs.
