This is a Spiral Slicer that is new in that it is still in the package.  There is a tape mark on the actual slicer but has never been out of the package.  It is the "Classic Collection".  I am not sure what year it is from but it is Vintage for sure.  

The back of the package is shown here as well as it has many directions on the back.  This is by Acme International of Newark J.J.
