Directions:
Adults:
- Take 2 capsules twice daily with food to:

- Take 1 capsule daily with food to help:
- Maintain cardiovascular health or to assist heart health.

Children 2 to 12 years old: Take Ethical Nutrients Hi-Strength Liquid Fish Oil or Hi-Strength Liquid Fish Oil for Kids.
Suitable for use in pregnancy.
