*Key Features*

•           Each 5 inch (127mm) x 7 inch (178mm) card comes complete with a 100GSM white envelope.

•           All our cards are designed and printed to order using high quality inks onto sturdy 300GSM white card at our studio in Cambridgeshire

•           Cards are left blank inside for you to add your own message – if you wish to add a custom printed message to your card, please select the 'Yes - Printed Message Inside Card Required' option above and simply send us a message detailing what you would like printed inside

•           Single card and envelopes will be wrapped and posted in a fully recyclable hardbacked envelope to reduce plastic waste and minimise any damages

Each handcrafted card is created to order and will be unique to you.  Unless stated otherwise, our cards are left blank inside for you to write your own message to the recipient, however we do offer the option to add a printed message to the inside of your card for a small (£1) additional fee.  If you would like us to print a personal message on the inside of your card, simply select the 'Yes - Add Message’ option and then send us a message (via the Contact Seller button) with your chosen message once you have completed your purchase.  If you would like us to send your card direct to the recipient we can also do this for you.  Just let us know in your message and make sure that the delivery details are correctly entered during checkout.

*Processing and Delivery Time*

Each one of our cards are handmade to order, so have a processing time of approximately 1-3 working days and will be dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd class service.  The estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days from date of posting. These delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail, they are not guaranteed. If you require your order earlier than the estimated times, you have the option to upgrade your order for a small (£2.50) additional fee.  This 'bumps' your order to the top of the processing pile and it will then be sent out via 1st class, often on the same working day. If you need your order in a rush, please select the Express Delivery option to ensure your order is processed and posted as soon as possible.

Due to the custom nature of this item, returns or refunds are not available unless the item is faulty, please contact us at the earliest opportunity to resolve any issues should they arise. 

We do not impose a character limit on the personalised text, however due to the differences in font sizes, it may be necessary to slightly alter the main image placement in order to maximise the print area available for text – by proceeding with this order you are agreeing to this alteration should it be required.
