Shipping

We ship using the USPS or Fedex Home Delivery or Ebay international shipping.  If an item is over $250 we will only ship to the Ebay address on your account.  With more expensive items we ship using a signature required. We insure packages at our discretion at our expense.  If the system is showing a very high price for shipping it is most likely a glitch so please just send a message - as a general rule we refund the difference that you paid however it's best if you wait until we send a corrected invoice. If you need something overnighted we can usually accommodate that as well - just send a message or text our store phone number. 

Payment

We accept Ebay Payments as well as all credit cards directly at our store.  You can also pay the old fashioned way and mail a check direclty to our store.   Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. If you wish to pay thru our store please message us thru the ebay system.  Your credit card bill will list Bellport Jewelers as the store. Our mailing and storefront address is Bellport Jewelers & Rarities (put Bellport J & R on the package) -  148 South Country Road  Bellport NY 11713.  You can visit our website at Bellport Jewelers to get our direct phone number as we are not allowed any longer by Ebay to list it here.   

Terms of Sale

We offer a 14 day return policy - no questions asked - just return it securely back to our store - only write Bellport J (not Jewelers) on the package and send to 148 South Country Road, Bellport NY 11713. We will refund your payment with shipping back to you upon receipt of the item in its original condition it was sent to you. If you have altered the item in any way we will have to adjust the refund accordingly.

Members of the American Numismatic Association, American Stamp Dealers Association,ICTA, American Philatelic Society and Jewelers of America. We have a retail storefront location in Bellport New York.
