We will dispatch next working day by royal mail tracked and signed. Please note due to the Royalmail strike, delivery may take longer.
Return
Unwanted items can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. Buyer pay the return postage. Full refund will be given under below condition
- Item returned in original delivered condition.
- Returned item is same serial number (we record serial number against each customer before dispatch)
- If item opened, or registered with Apple ID, we may refuse return or partial refund based on resale value.
Fault or damaged itemsIn unlikely situation, if item is faulty in first 30 days, we will replace or refund. If fault found after 30 days of purchase, we will arrange manufacturer warranty
