Very stately and elegant.

A one inch cobalt band near the rim is topped by an encrusted gold band which is

liberally applied at the base of each footed pied and at the handles.

The covered sugar bowl is 4 inches at the widest portion and about 4.75 inches to

the top of the finial.  The creamer is about 3.25 inches at the widest portion and 

nearly 4 inches tall.
