Antique small platter from the Philadelphia Manufacturing Craftsmen Company, or PMC Co, featuring a pretty pink rose floral pattern all around the edge.

There is some crazing, knife marks, and some darkening under the glaze around part of the edge. There is a small chip on the underside of the edge and some general light spotting here and there as is typical for an antique plate. All is noted in the photos. Otherwise, this plate is in good, solid condition.
