These units were used by our local police dept were pulled from service when they got new ones (includes all rubber covers, good handle, good battery and house charger.) Getac S400G3 Laptops.  The picture is of one of the units, but they are all similar I have picked thru all of them and tried to get ones that only have have minor scratches and have all rubber covers on all ports and good handles and good battery. They include a 250 HD, caddy, good battery and a house charger. All they need is you to add your choice of OS. These laptops are great and have touch screens and stylus, fingerprint sensor Bluetooth 4.0, 802.11ac, Gigabit Ethernet, card reader, HDMI,3 X USB 3.0 , GPS and much more.
