Out Items
All of our items are authentic so please shop with confidence. If you have any questions about a specific item or would like more detailed pictures please do not hesitate to contact us. Our perfumes do have some age(their vintage and/or discontinued), therefore sometimes there can be a change in smell, do keep this mind when buying. Due to storage some sealed packaging may have damage or the packaging may have come undone, please contact us if you'd like to know more about the in-stock item's condition.

Shipping
We ship with USPS Priority Mail, which delivers within 2-3 day in the US. Once your order has been placed it may take 1-2 days to be shipped out. There may sometimes be delays in shipping due to weather or holidays. The boxes used to ship the items are USPS priority boxes as well. We do not add invoices to the packages but if you'd like one to be sent please do reach out and let us know, or if you have specific shipping requirements please do reach out as well.
International Shipping
Due to policies and trademarks we may sometimes not be able to ship certain items to some countries.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and thank our international buyers for their
understanding!
We use Priority International Mail since it is the fastest way to ship internationally and provides tracking!
Before placing your order make sure your address is correct since if there are any errors it may cause
your item's shipping to be delayed, if this is the case we will reach out to you!
We wrap and package our items with care, if your items arrives with damage please reach out to us.
Tracking updates can be delayed as well, but as soon as you're provided with a tracking number, please be assured that your item is on its way to you.
Returns
As previously stated sometimes due to age, storage, shipping or other factors our perfumes may have some variations/damage such as dent boxes, change in smell, open seals, broken sprayer etc and we understand this may happen (due to some of them being sealed we cannot know their full condition, or can suffer damage when in route to be shipped) but do not worry, we offer free returns! Just open a return case, a return label with be provided to you and as soon we receive the item we will proceed with your refund!
If you'd still like to keep the item but there is some damage/variation, we strongly encourage you to reach out to us and we can communicate to reach a solution.
