Vintage Dreadnought Driver Harry C. Lee Wooden Tennis Racket Power Model.  Very good condition considering the age.  Does not seem to be wrapped at all   decal or silk screening all look in good shape and readable.  Looks on better condition than anything I have seen on ebay so far.  I'm not a tennis player so ask any questions, I will try to answer.  Looks to be the original strings.  I don't know how to tell when it was actually made.  There is some kind of marking inside the string part.  See photo.  Can't tell what it is.
