19th century English landscape pencil drawing of Surrey hills, signed, inscribed C. Denne

Very detailed pencil drawing of English countryside landscape with rolling hills and trees.  
Signed at lower right: "C. Denne" 
Inscribed in ink on back: " Mrs. C. Denne, 10 Orchard Court, Westcott (not sure), Surrey" This has been crossed out in black pen, but that is what I could make out with a magnifying lens.  
Inscription in pencil: " Lewis. Down. Lewis. Sussex" then illegible

I have done some research and there were several Christopher Denne in Sussex since the 12th century to late 20th century, it is likely someone from that family that was a skilled draftsman. I believe that this is a 19th century drawing because of the detailed extremely sharp pencil or silver pen used.
