Royal Art Glass Co of New York, with a shade made by Lamb Bros. & Green company. 

 The lamp stands 22 1/2 inches tall on its 8 inch beautifully carved sculpted and originally finished base. The base is signed by the Royal Art Glass Co. 

The Leaded Glass shade is 16 1/2 inches wide and 6 1/4 inches tall. I find no cracks in any of the glass and the leading has a wonderful patina to it. The Shade is a well known Lamb Bros. & Green Leaded Glass Shade and can be seen by Googling the Lamp Bros. & Green name and checking out the images. They apparently made shades for some of the other lamp companies.  The base is just beautiful in itself with its almost 100% original finish with just really great looking flowers. Check out the photos to see what I mean. The lamp has been correctly rewired and works perfectly. Just a wonderful original lamp for your home.
