Ibanez's definition of a "mini-size effects pedal" is different from a "mini" in the sense that it is simply a smaller version of an existing effects pedal with smaller size and functionality, or with a sound that is just "like a miniature pedal". 

Each pedal effect pedal is a new product that inherits the sound character of Ibanez's classic pedal effect pedals, while adding new features and specifications. The CSMINI is a classic pedal effect pedal.

The CSMINI is a compact and authentic chorus pedal with full analog circuitry, inheriting the fat and warm chorus sound of the classic CS9 pedal.

It is made of die-cast metal and is heavy, and its original Ibanez housing with a sloped switch surface makes it easy to step on, another small but significant feature.
