This is a vintage kitty cat My Own Paint Book and coloring book from 1942.  It is by Mary Alice Stoddard and published by Whitman Publishing.  It is approximately 11 1/4" by 8 1/4" and has 44 pages.  The cover is in two pieces - front and back.  The front has a rip in it.  Pictures are part of the description.
