Slight modification over the original design: 

I have made a slight modification to the original design, allowing for more precise movement with the joystick. We redesigned the joystick cup to intersect with the lever by using a machine screw, and accounted for a tighter tolerance to reduce backlash. This results in a more precise movement of the wheel to lever to the joystick. It should also last quite a bit longer as a result.
