Payment

• We accept PayPal only, as this gives you maximum protection as the buyer.
• Winning buyer to pay postage and handling charges (where applicable). Item(s) will ship as per the listings handling time.

Delivery

• Once your payment has been processed, we make it our priority to dispatch your order by the following business day. In peak periods it may take up to 3 business days.
• Expected delivery time is 5-7 working days after ordering and paying (7-10 days for WA and remote areas), although quite often it is sooner.
• You will receive an email once your order is dispatched, allowing you to track delivery online (allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be available).

Warranty

• At Hoselink we always work hard to solve any problem you might have with one of our products. We warrant our products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship that result in failure during normal usage.
• Warranties are extended to the original end-user purchaser, beginning at the time of retail purchase.
• This warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorised modifications, and external causes such as acts of nature. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage to any non-Hoselink product used in connection with a Hoselink product. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or modification of the product.
• Hoselink provides a guarantee of acceptable quality on every product, by law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality but the failure does not amount to a major failure.
• We recommend you retain your receipt, as we may require proof that you purchased the product from us. Our Customer Service will be able to advise you whether a refund, exchange, repair or replacement is available.

Returns

• We want you to love our products as much as we do! If you are not completely satisfied please let us know within 30 days for a full refund.
• To initiate a return, simply contact our Customer Care team by clicking here. We typically respond to all enquires within 1 business day and our office hours are Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm (excluding public holidays).
• You will need to provide details of the original purchaser, order number (if known), and details regarding the product fault. Submitting a (small size) photo showing the problem is often helpful in expediting the claim and may be requested in some cases.
• Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased, or the closest available product in our current range. For items that cannot be replaced a full refund will be offered. If we require you to return the item to use for inspection, we will supply you with a return shipping label, at no cost to you.

Terms and Conditions

• Goods can only be returned if they are deemed faulty, damaged in transit, incorrectly shipped or returned in a 'brand new' condition.

• Faulty claims should be made within 30 days after receipt.
• Delivery charges (postage & packing) is a non-refundable cost unless the item you purchased was incorrectly listed or you were shipped a different product than you ordered.
