Shipping

We offer free shipping to the majority of the mainland UK areas however postage surcharges do apply to some remote areas including the Scottish Highlands. If a surcharge applies we will notify you once your order has been confirmed - please contact us in advance of buying if unsure. 
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day on a Next Day delivery service. Once dispatched we will add tracking details to your eBay order for you to view the progress of your delivery.

If a problem arises we can often repair the issue by sending a returns label, repairing the problem and shipping it back to you free of charge. We reuse the laptop batteries in the laptops we sell and because the batteries are not new, they may not hold a charge for as long and may require charging more often.
