1991 Cabbage Patch Swim Doll Hasbro Swimsuit.

Doll is pretty clean and has no lingering odors. Only issue I see is some sort of clear substance is on the face of the doll. It appears to be glue however, I do not want to scrape it off in fear it may negatively affect (damage) the doll’s skin.
