There is no "ingredients" tag so I am only guessing that it's made of cotton or a cotton/polyester blend. Also no size tag fits closest to a girls 12.

There is some slight age discoloration on the back (see photos). Otherwise, this blouse is in very good, clean condition and is ready for you to rock it!

There is no stretch to the fabric.
