Vintage United States Post Office Commemorative Pewter Teddy Bear Necklace.

 In 1998 the United States Post Office issued this very adorable note card/envelope and pewter necklace set to celebrate the Teddy Bear. This set is still in it's original package complete with the note card and envelope so you can send it to someone or keep it for yourself.

The necklace is approx. 18 inches in length. It has a spring ring clasp

The card is approximately 5 1/4 x 7 3/4"
