We require that all payments to be paid through PayPal, PayPal allows you to pay with any credit card, debit card, bank account, or your Paypal balance!
We refuse to service Paypal unconfirmed shipping addresses to prevent fraud on eBay. We do this at the recommendation of both Paypal and eBay. We are following their policies and guidelines on how to protect the marketplace.
All Payments must be made within five days of confirming your order.
Unless our listing explicitly states that a product is "In Stock", shipping time can vary. Most items that do not display "In Stock" are in stock. However, in sporadic cases, some are not. Most items, but not all, that are in stock will ship within one business day of cleared payment unless we indicate otherwise. If you choose to pay via Paypal with a check, bank withdrawal, or specific other Paypal methods, Paypal may not clear your payment for days or even a week or more. This is Paypal's policy which we have no control over. Both Paypal and eBay inform us, as the seller, not to ship your product(s) until Paypal has cleared your payment.
Items are all shipped via regular mail, and Tracking is not available unless specifically requested at an additional cost. All items usually ship with one working day of payment confirmation, excluding custom orders or items that specifically state a longer handling time.
Returns
Suppose you change your mind or accidentally order the wrong product. In that case, we offer a 30-day return policy with a 20% restocking fee as long as the part is unopened and in original packaging.
If the product has a problem to where it can not be installed due to manufacturing error or its primary function is at fault, we will facilitate a manufacturer warranty to either get you a replacement or money back; some manufacturers require any return to be processed through their own RMA system (for example AEM and Innovate Motorsports) then a refund or money back will not be possible until such time it is approved faulty by the manufacturer
Any charges (Shipping, Insurances, Packing Material, etc.) that are non-recoverable costs will be deducted from the amount before issuing a refund.
Items returns that are unable to be sold in still new condition will result in a 20% restocking, including any external fees associated with the sale (i.e. postage, handling, insurance)
Damage caused during installation is not covered by any return/warranty. Research is suggested before the installation.
Cancellations
Cancellation is available for buyers until the product is shipped from our warehouse; buyers can note that a delay of up to 24hrs can occur between an item being shipped and the status of your order being updated.
Any item that has already departed the warehouse will not be available for cancellation; a refund can occur once the item has been sent back to us in an unopened and new condition with any fees associated with it (refer to return tab)
Custom orders that require specific personalisation or special order items not warranted to any cancellation, the buyer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their order at their time of purchase.
For Custom/Special Order items, a cancellation may be available; however, the cost of the article may be removed from the refund depending on material and labour fee that is not recoverable.
