Authentic Himalayan Shilajit by Lotus Blooming Herbs

Our Shilajit is personally sourced from a remote Himalayan region of India. The raw shilajit resin is produced at very high altitudes of 16,000 to 18,000 ft, where the environment is unspoilt and free from pollutants, fertilizers, chemicals and other contaminants. During the summer months, the warm temperatures in the mountains reduce the viscosity of the shilajit, which allows it to flow through cracks in the layers of rock. This rare and precious substance is hand collected by the local people of the region.

Our shilajit is directly imported from this source in the Indian Himalayas, purified using filtered spring water, and is lab tested for safety.


Directions:

Place a rice grain size portion under your tongue and drink filtered water over it, or mix in hot (not boiling) water, tea or milk. It can also be blended in to smoothies.

For best results, we recommend taking 1 to 3 doses of shilajit per day for 6 to 8 weeks.
