    All items shipped with DHL on a next day service. *We do not use unreliable services like Evri*
    DHL will leave your parcel with your neighbour if you are not home.
    It will take us up to 2 working days to dispatch your order, so for example, if you place an order at 1pm on a Monday, it will be dispatched by Wednesday, and will arrive with you on Thursday. It may be quicker than this depending on the time of your order, and if we are able to dispatch next day.

What advice would we give when considering buying second hand camping equipment?

- Buy from a reputable, long-standing trader with a good feedback record and trading history - you're in the right place, well done!
- Check the photos and read the listing in full before purchasing.
- Take the chance to ask any questions before purchasing.
- Do not make demands for extra equipment after completing the purchase unless the listing explicitly states that it should be present.
- Remember that you are buying second hand at affordable prices from an independent retailer and adjust your expectations accordingly.
- Always fully test your item before you plan to use it fully for the first time.
