Small Print:
Faulty/Damaged mugs:
Photo proof must be obtained and forwarded to my inbox with details of fault. This policy is only for up to 28 days after purchase.
After proof is sent, you may then request a replacement or refund. To be able to do this, the customer needs to provide their phone number and email, in order for a claim to be made for damaged items.

Changed your mind about item:
This policy is only for up to 28 days after purchase.
I need to be informed of reason for return within 14 days, and item needs to be returned within the next 14 days, in the same unused condition it was dispatched in.
If simply a change of mind, non faulty item, customer is responsible for cost of return postage.

Lost Parcels:
Royal Mail dont consider a parcel to be lost until 10 working days after expected delivery date. To put in a 'lost' parcel claim
the customer needs to provide their phone number and email, in order for a claim to be made for lost items
After the 10 working day, if item has still not arrived, the item can be replaced or refunded.

1st & 2nd class Royal mail postage is not tracked
, a 'dispatched' number is provided, which is only live when delivery is attempted.
If delivery is attempted, and the customers is not at home or available, its then the customers responsibility to then obtain their parcel themselves.
